✅ Eligibility for Returns
You may return most items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided they meet these conditions:
• Items are unused, unwashed, and in original condition
• All original packaging are attached and intact
• Items are not marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance”
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is available
🚚 How to Return an Item

3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, include your order details, and send it back to the address provided.
Return Shipping Costs:
• If the return is due to an error on our part with the wrong item we will cover the full return shipping cost.
• If you are returning for personal reasons (change of mind, wrong size), you will be responsible for return shipping fees. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
💰 Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to confirm approval or rejection of your refund.
• Approved refunds: We will process your refund to your original payment method within 2-3 working days. The time taken for the funds to show in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, colour, or style:

2. Once we receive your return, we will issue a refund or send the new item — depending on stock availability.
3. If the new item costs more, you will need to pay the difference. If it costs less, we will refund the difference.
❌ Damaged Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, or incorrect:
• Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
• We will arrange a replacement, full refund, or free return at our cost — whichever you prefer.
⏱️ Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 7 working days:
1. Check your bank account again.
2. Contact your credit card company or bank — it may take time before your refund is officially posted.
